• This is the last Addendum that will be sent out for next week’s bidding of this Project.
• NOTE that there is an updated Bid Form in Addendum #03. MAKE SURE THAT THIS UPDATED BID FORM IS USED TO SUBMIT YOUR BID WHICH REPLACES ITS PREVIOUS VERSION.
• Take note of Section 00 41 14 Bid Envelope for all of the required contents that need to be included with the submission of your bid.
• Bidders, please send us a confirmation email that you have received all three (3) Addenda and attachments sent out for the bidding of this Project.
• Bidders, please send us the company name and TN license number for which you will be submitting a bid under.
